Torrey Pine Installed at Torrey Pines Fire Station!
The crew at Torrey Pines Fire Station installed a specimen Torrey Pine on site last week! The Torrey Pine is the rarest pine in the United States, with only about 5,000 individuals growing wild along the coast of Northern San Diego County. 19-feet tall and 14-feet wide at installation, the pine is expected to reach up to 50-feet tall when fully mature. The Torrey Pine creates an eye-catching entryway into the site, grounded in the unique and iconic landscape of San Diego! We’re thrilled to be a part of the The City of San Diego, The Miller Hull Partnership, LLP, and Level 10 Construction team helping to craft this beautiful and sustainable new fire station.
