Glen Schmidt founded Schmidt Design Group after graduating from the University of California at Davis. His extensive planning and landscape architectural design experience has earned him a reputation for professionalism, quality, artistic integrity, and environmental sensitivity. Glen is a recognized leader in promoting the use of drought-tolerant and native plant materials, and actively promotes sustainable design and water conservation. Beyond his work at Schmidt Design Group, Glen donates hundreds of hours each year, lending his expertise to a variety of organizations and municipalities. A native Californian, and avid surfer, Glen enjoys spending as much time designing spaces as he does living in them.
