Vive on the Park includes two five-story luxury apartment buildings housing 550 units over two levels of parking. The landscape design elevates the complex through thoughtful outdoor spaces designed to encourage social interaction, dining, entertaining, contemplation, exercise, and play. The two structures are linked by a second-story bridge over a “Woonerf,” a pedestrian-oriented street, that provides access to the apartment leasing office, retail shops, and a popular restaurant brew pub, creating an intimate and walkable “villa” experience within the urban neighborhood.
Six courtyards constructed over the podium deck within the two buildings, as well as sky terraces on the fifth and seventh floors extend the luxury living beyond residents’ front doors with a diverse mix of outdoor amenities: two pool and spa decks with outdoor lounge space and cabanas, water features, barbecue areas, fire pits, snookball (foot billiards), bocce court, outdoor table games courts, a significant outdoor gym facility, and a number of social gathering spaces. A walking/running track with exercise equipment, benches, and a dog wash station span the apartment’s perimeter. Majestic Date Palms frame the building entries and streets while colorful low water use plantings soften the perimeter and courtyards spaces.
