The Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation has become a catalyst for change in the Diamond Neighborhoods of San Diego with a goal of creating a vibrant town center and supporting amenities to improve the community’s quality of life. Trolley Park Terrace is a key component of the redevelopment effort providing transit oriented affordable-housing within walking distance of the town center.
Trolley Park Terrace overlooks the recently restored Chollas Creek and includes a central courtyard featuring a tot lot, grilling area, multiple picnic tables and seating nodes, and vibrant planting around the perimeter. The courtyard provides residents with a place to play, relax, socialize, and connect with nature.
