Paséa Hotel & Spa is four diamond luxury hotel located two blocks south of the pier in Huntington Beach. The elevated hotel captures ocean views, and separates occupants from Pacific Coast Highway. The curvilinear lines on the building exterior have been abstracted into the landscape design to create soft, organic plant massing that compliments the forms of the hotel architecture.
Program amenities of the hotel include a grand entry experience at the porte-cochere, luxury spa treatment area with water features, zero edge pool with an IPE deck and cabanas, wading pool, spa, main event lawn, lounge area, and dining areas with fire pits mixed throughout maximize ocean views.
The design of Paséa Hotel and Spa offers private occupants a unique beach hotel experience as well as a 20’-0″ wide shared beach access pedestrian easement which will help activate the hotel and shops within the pedestrian easement.
