As prime consultant, Schmidt Design Group, Inc. provided the master plan and construction drawings of this 15-acre community park located in the City of Chula Vista, California. The park includes three 300-foot softball fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, batting cages, a leash-free dog park, picnic areas, and a children’s play area designed in the shape of a California Quail. The park connects to the city’s existing pedestrian and equestrian trails and the perimeter of the park also connects with the adjacent open space through bioswales.
