Located in the blossoming East Village in Downtown San Diego, this urban, mixed-use 4,000-square-foot project features 148 apartment units and retail space. Schmidt Design Group, Inc. provided landscape design services for the landscape, hardscape and residential courtyard. Amenities include cabana huts, a fire-pit with a surrounding sandy beach-like seating area, a sunning patio with an elevated IPE wood deck, and accent lighting. The site also features a free-standing barbecue station, planting, and irrigation.
