Fairbanks Ridge Apartments is an affordable multi-family housing project in San Diego. Schmidt Design Group services included design development and construction documents for landscape and hardscape. Amenities include play areas and picnic facilities. The project incorporated a number of energy and water conservation features including photovoltaic solar panels on parking lot carports and synthetic turf grass.
