Our Team

The people behind Schmidt Design Group, Inc. are the foundation of the firm’s success. The staff hail from all walks of life and their varied and diverse backgrounds are reflective of the neighborhoods in which we work. Staff includes 40 employees, comprised of nine licensed landscape architects, a LEED  accredited professional, two SITES accredited professionals, two ISA-certified arborists, two certified playground safety inspectors, a qualified SWPPP developer/practitioner, and a certified landscape irrigation auditor.
